Community Viewing

Monday, April 8th @ 1 pm. Patrons are welcome to join us in viewing a once in a lifetime event in DeWitt, New York – a total solar eclipse! Bring a lawn chair, picnic blanket, and snacks!

The inside of the library will be closed from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm. Bathrooms in the lobby will still be accessible. The library will close for the rest of the day at 4:30 pm.

Eclipse Glasses

Glasses will be available on the day of the solar eclipse, Monday, April 8th @ 1:00 pm on a first come first serve basis. One per person. If you have any further questions, please call the library at 315-446-3578 or email us at reference@cldandj.org.

We offer remote 3D Printing for the cost of materials. Fill out the Google form and include the .stl or .obj file and we will let you know when it is ready for pick-up!

Friday, March 29th @ 3:30 pm. Join Thomas Moody, a 3D printing expert who runs a local farm and 3D printing business for a discussion on how to maintain a 3D printer and troubleshoot common issues. Registration required.

Storytime and Drop Off

Thursday, April 25th @ 6:30 pm. Come for a special Pajama Storytime - bring your stuffed animal to hear some bedtime stories, decorate a special sleeping bag for your friend and help Miss Briana and Miss Meghan get them all tucked in for the night.

Storytime

Join us on Mondays for Babies & Books, a storytime designed specifically for children from birth to 18 months old to experience the structure of language. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, we host a Story Play for ages 0 to 5 where we combine books, songs, games, and playtime.

Pet, Play, Read
w/ CNY Pet Partners

Come unwind with Anne and Sandy! Sign up as a family unit for a 15 minute block to pet, play, or read to Sandy the Therapy Dog. Registration is required. Check back each month for the new date.
