This year, the Community Library of DeWitt & Jamesville offers you Season's Readings - our first winter reading program. This program will be held completely online using READsquared, a reading program software. We have programs for Children and Teen (ages 0-18), and Adults (ages 19 and up).

Starting on Monday, December 7, participants can start logging minutes they read or listen to books. For every 1 minute of reading, you receive 1 point. You can redeem your points for raffle tickets. You earn one raffle ticket for every 30 minutes of reading. You can enter your raffle tickets into drawings for gift baskets and other prizes!

You can sign up and easily log your activity here: http://cldandjny07.readsquared.com/. Or, use the READsquared app, free for both Android and iOS mobile devices. NOTE: If you registered for our Summer Reading Program, your login information remains the same. If you have problems logging in, please email childrens@cldandj.org.

The Adult program is designed for adults age 18 & up to encourage life-long reading habits. Points are earned as participants log what they read. The more points participants earn, the more entries they will receive towards a raffle basket valued at $50.00. Participants will also earn digital badges for certain reading tasks.

There’s snow better time to read than this winter! And your winter reading could win you some cool prizes from the library! Check our website for more information about the Winter Reading Program and READsquared.

Season's Readings ends Friday, February 26.
